Sonnyview ATA will provide you with case management and coordination of services. We will collaborate with you to gather information and evaluate your needs. We will help in assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, and monitoring actions to achieve each expected outcome.
Housing
Homelessness is a prevalent phenomenon in our community with many contributing factors. One being previous incarceration. Sonnyview ATA will work with various agencies, community organizations, programs, and landlords to get you permanently housed.
Rehabilitative Services
Undiagnosed and/or untreated substance use disorders and mental health disorders can be linked to acts that result in recidivism or repeat incarceration. A substance use disorder and mental health evaluation is a requirement for every individual seeking assistance from our organization.

We cannot aid in a turnaround without having all the pieces to your puzzle.

Our staff will work closely with you, and community agencies, to make sure that every service needed to facilitate your turnaround is accomplished.
Employment
A criminal record can be a significant barrier to obtaining gainful employment. Sonnyview ATA wants to change this for you. Sonnyview ATA is prepared to provide you with the employment readiness skills necessary to obtain steady employment.

Obtaining Assistance

Client Interest Form
This form is used to make a tentative eligibility decision. Once tentative eligibility has been established, we will then require a full client intake to confirm or deny our ability to provide services to you. Our staff will provide you with the necessary form to complete your full intake.
